His lifelong passion for open-fire cooking evolved into a professional catering venture in 2018, where he dedicated himself to serving private parties and public events. Meet Craig: The Heart Behind the Blends
Craig started his catering business in 2018, and things quickly took off. After some major setbacks in 2020, catering had to take a backseat. Craig slowly restarted, selling meat by the pound and his famous rubs to family, friends, and coworkers, entering chili cook-offs, and giving rubs as holiday gifts. As people continued to enjoy the meat and rubs, they encouraged Craig, he decided it was time to start selling the brand. Craig's interest in growing and maintaining his beard to a high standard began in late 2021. Unable to find a product he truly enjoyed for keeping his beard healthy and smelling good, he started making his own beard oils and decided in January 2026 to add them to the Craig's Bearded Blends line.
